If you wish to cancel or change your order please email email@example.com and we will get to your request as quickly as possible. For items that have already been shipped, they cannot be cancelled and will be up for review between customer and designer.
We ship out orders on Monday-Friday.
For all fashion & accessories items, please allow up to 5 business days for parcel post and up to 2-3 business days for express post within Australia.
All of our art & photographic prints are made-to-order and shipping costs are included in the RRP of each item. Please allow up to 14 days from time of order placed to process your items. Express delivery is not available for international orders, so please allow up to 10-14 days for international shipping.

We accept payment from Stripe and all major credit cards.
We do not accept checks, cash or direct deposit.
All prices are shown in AUD dollars only. This is intended to provide a guide for the final cost, international purchases with vary depending on the credit card providers conversion rate for each particular item.
& Faulty Items
Due to most items owned by specific designers, PITCH cannot be liable for any returns or exchanges if you just simply change your mind. However any items that are deemed as ‘faulty’ or ‘damaged’ please notify by email any concerns to email@example.com and we will discuss each designers specific faulty items policy.
Any made-to-order items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, unless item is deemed faulty or damaged.
